2. Public website information

This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or a public contact form. The hosting provider may process standard network and security information, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or abuse logs, to deliver and protect the site.

3. Information the UOP pilot may process

Depending on the approved pilot configuration and a user's role, UOP may process:

• Account and profile information, such as name, work contact information, organization, role, and user identifier.
• Workforce and operational context, such as job, crew, assignment, schedule, work status, and time-related records.
• Forms, approvals, acknowledgments, signatures, comments, photos, documents, and other content a user is authorized to submit.
• Location or device-proximity information when an enabled workflow requires it and device permission is granted.
• Device, application, diagnostic, security, synchronization, and audit information used to operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the pilot.
• Support communications and feedback provided by users, administrators, or reviewers.

4. How information is used

• Provide, authenticate, and administer approved pilot access.
• Complete authorized operational workflows and maintain related records.
• Support organization administrators and users.
• Protect accounts, organizations, systems, and records from misuse or unauthorized access.
• Diagnose failures, maintain reliability, validate changes, and improve pilot usability.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.

5. Participating organizations

For many pilot records, the participating organization determines why authorized work information is entered and who inside that organization may access it. Cordar LLC may act as a service provider or processor for that organization. A user may need to contact the organization's administrator or employer for requests concerning organization-controlled records.

6. Sharing

We may share information with the participating organization and its authorized administrators; vendors that provide hosting, communications, security, diagnostics, or other necessary services; professional advisers under appropriate duties; or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. This public website does not include advertising technology.

7. Retention

Retention depends on the type of information, pilot configuration, participating organization's instructions, applicable agreements, legal obligations, dispute or audit needs, and backup practices. Information is retained only while a justified operational, contractual, security, or legal purpose applies, then deleted or de-identified when appropriate.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Report suspected security issues through the Security page.

9. Choices and requests

Users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other action depending on location and context. Visit Privacy Choices or email evanh@cordarllc.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting.

10. Device permissions

Device settings may allow a user to control permissions such as location, camera, photos, or notifications. Turning off a permission can prevent an associated pilot feature from working. Organization policy or applicable law may also govern work-related device permissions.

11. Children

UOP is intended for authorized organizational and workforce use, not for use by children as a consumer service.

12. Changes

We may update this notice as the pilot changes. The effective date above identifies the current published version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or participating organization when appropriate.
